We experienced a situation with another pellet provider that left us without the shipment of pellets we were expecting. As a result, I Googled 'pellet providers' to find another provider and saw your company listed. I liked the fact that you were located in New Hampshire I always think that people in New Hampshire are honest!! (a New Englander thing I guess). One of my concerns and source of worry leading up to my delivery was how the driver was going to handle the fact that I'm in a 250+ year old neighborhood. I'm off of a busy narrow main street and down an old narrow driveway. This is a problem for everyone near me when we need an oil delivery, appliance or a dumpster. My fear was that the driver would arrive in a tractor trailer, see the situation and say he couldn't negotiate the driveway and that I would have to work out some other way of getting my pellets to my house. Last years delivery came on a flatbed truck so it wasn't so bad, even then the driver was a bit intimated with the arrangement. Well, my pellets arrived on a tractor trailer driven by Rick Cohenno from Cohenno Inc - Specialized Trucking. This guy was nothing but professional and that came through from the second he hopped out of his truck, shook my hand and asked where the pellets were going. He knew exactly how to deal with the situation. He pulled that huge rig down a small side road directly across from my driveway like it was a computer controlled sports car. Stopped it in-between two telephone poles where I didn't think you could park a golf cart. He left room for traffic to flow somehow. He then proceeded to drop the fork truck and began to haul my pellets across Main Street as I watched for traffic and up my narrow driveway to my house a distance of about 200 feet. I asked him to line up the skids up in a nice neat row just far enough away from my bulkhead so I could easily side them down into my cellar. He operated that 3 wheel machine with the ease of a shopping cart and when he was done one would swear that he used a laser to line up the skids. He did not leave one turn or dig mark in my gravel driveway nor did he hit any of my ancient stone walls or sounding flower beds. Mike did an excellent job and I'm glad he made my delivery. All the worries that I had about this were unnecessary. When he was done he backed up his rig out of that narrow side street onto busy Main St as I watched for traffic in one half minute move; off he went to the next delivery. He did a great job.

I am not generally this impressed with the service that I get these days. So when I get extraordinary service I feel the need to point it out and thank someone for it. I'll bet Rich does this on every delivery and he helped Pellet Sales. Com remain the best deal going for two years in a row and counting. So thank you Darlene from "beginning to end" and please pass this along to however it was that contracted out Cohenno Trucking to deliver your pellets.

This is an unsolicited testimonial that I'm happy to write. If it makes it easier for others to find pellet fuel, as it did for me, it's worth every second of the time it took me to write it.

I've had a pellet stove for several years now. For ALL those years, I would be scrambling from summer to winter to find a pellet delivery service that was both reasonable and local. So I would scratch around the usual places like [two large chain stores] grabbing a few bags here and a few bags there with my small truck and their limits on the amount of bags you can buy. Not a very convenient method, but I did what I had to...

I stumbled upon PelletSales.com doing my endless internet searches. I emailed them with very little hope of getting anywhere as it was late in the year, and my prior experiences. I requested six tons of pellets with a price plus delivery. Within a day or two I received an email back from them with an offer that was bar none the best deal I've ever seen. A deal that cost me far less than my old method for pellets let alone time, wear and tear on my truck, and the constant worry of running out. Needless to say I placed an order. A couple more days or so, I received a phone call to set up a time for delivery. I chose Saturday (very convenient), and I prayed that it would really happen. Saturday came and sure enough there was a truck in my driveway with six tons of the highest quality pellets you can buy. The driver was super friendly, courteous, and helpful. He put the pellets exactly where I wanted them in less than ten minutes!

I know for a fact there are others in my area using my same old method I use to use. Many are skeptical of past promises from companies that didn't deliver. Now, when I see people loading three or four bags of pellets at a time into their car, I know where I’m recommending they go.

It was so fast and easy, I'm looking forward to next year. Try them, you won't be disappointed, I promise you.
