"In addition to the good price, the speed at which the pellets were delivered impressed me. I placed the order on a Wednesday and the pellets arrived the following Monday. From now on, pelletsales.com will be my first stop for pellets. Thank you again."

FAQs

I've always picked up my fuel. Why should I spend the money on delivery?

Most consumers burn between two and six tons of pellets during the heating season. That's from four to twelve thousand pounds, and a lot of wear and tear on your vehicle, and yourself. The cost in gas, wear and tear, and your time to make multiple trips for your pellets may be higher than a one time delivery charge.

You don't deliver to my area. Will you one day?

We're expanding our delivery areas on a regular basis. If you signed up for our Pellet Club, we'll let you know when we deliver to homes in your area. In the mean time, you can order pellets through our Pellet Pooling area right now.

How many people does it take for a truckload?

Less than you might think. Trucks carry around 24 tons of fuel. Depending on how much you need, that usually heats between 5 and 8 homes.

Who delivers the fuel?

It depends where you live. We have our own employed delivery drivers in some areas, and in other areas we work with local delivery companies for home delivery of your fuel. All of our delivery drivers are very capable and professional.

When is the best time to buy pellets?

That answer is different for everyone. Pellets tend to cost less in the Spring and Summer due to a higher supply of raw materials. There is also a better supply and shorter deliver times during those months. PelletSales.com strives to keep plenty of fuel in stock year at competitive prices.

Finally! Pellet Delivery Right to Your Home!

Home delivery is our favorite way to bring you fuel, but it's not our ONLY way! If you're not in one of our residential delivery areas, there are still plenty of ways to get your fuel from PelletSales.com.

Home Delivery

Home Delivery

When you get a quote from PelletSales.com, the first tab on the quote page is for home delivery. Our friendly drivers come right to your driveway. While it may seem extravagant at first to have your pellets delivered to your home, it really makes a lot of sense. Most consumers use between two and six tons of pellets through the heating season, and while the idea of going and getting the first ton of fuel sounds doable, the second, third, and fourth can become a heavy burden (sorry, had to). The expense and time required to load and unload your vehicle multiple times can be much larger than the delivery charge from PelletSales.com, not to mention the wear and tear on you and your vehicle. But that's why we do it. We find the most efficient way to get fuel from the manufacturer to your driveway. Try us out!

Consumer Pick Up

If you don't have room to store pallets of fuel in your garage or basement, you need pellets today, or if you just feel the need to pile thousands of pounds of pellets into the back or your awesome truck, you may be able to get your fuel at one of our pick-up locations, depending on availability.

Bulk Delivery

Bulk Delivery

Tired of tearing open plastic bags? Bulk pellets are delivered naked! We deliver them to a storage container in your garage, basement, or outside. You can fill a bucket from the storage container with just the weight you want to carry, and no plastic bag to throw away. Bulk delivery also allows for future transfer systems that will move fuel from your pellet bin to your heating system. Visit our bulk section to learn more!

Truckload Delivery

Do you want a whole truckload of fuel? It's becoming more and more popular for neighbors to get together and have a full truckload of fuel delivered at one time. All it takes is for someone to organize it, collect everyone's share of the cost, and order it online. One of our truckload specialists will call you and help you get it all set up. While it takes a little more work, this is the most cost effective way to purchase pellets online.
